Emma Stoun was born and raised in Fresno, California. She earned her bachelor’s degree from California State University, Fresno, in 2012. She received her Juris Doctor from San Joaquin College of Law and was admitted to the California State Bar in 2015. While in law school, Emma served as Editor of the law school newspaper, The Dicta.
In 2024, Emma Stoun was named one of the Rising Stars by the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC). She focuses her practice on personal injury, with an emphasis on catastrophic injury cases, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and wrongful termination.
